Your Account
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Zadigg.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
There will be a $35 non refundable service fee included on all orders placed on our site. This fee is non refundable and will be deducted from any refund issued to you on processed orders (includes all orders canceled due to out of stock or back ordered products).
Disclaimer From Unforeseeable Circumstances
Zadigg.com is not responsible or liable, nor shall it be deemed in default of the Terms and Conditions, for any delay or failure in performance or non-performance of any aspect of this agreement resulting directly or indirectly from any accidents, fires, electrical or electronic failures, equipment failures, shipping delays from either online retailers, international couriers, or others, acts of God, labor disputes, governmental orders or regulations, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Zadigg.com.
Modifications
Zadigg.com may modify any aspect of this agreement at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice. Any modification to the Terms and Conditions shall be effective immediately once they upon posting of these changes on the web site.
